Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS)
Is your child acting out in school and/or experiencing difficulties in family relationships? Do you feel overwhelmed as you try to navigate your way to help and strategies for change?
Let our behavioral health team connect your child and family to services that can bring about the hope and healing you have been looking for.
Children and adolescents with emotional and behavioral difficulties who require help navigating life and relationships at home, during the school day, or in the community will benefit from this program. The goal of Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) is to boost your child’s/adolescent’s ability to function socially, emotionally, and behaviorally. Interventions are developed specifically for each child, facilitating the behavioral regulation and emotional growth of your child. Youth learn skills and coping strategies with the guidance of our mental health professionals.
Referrals for your child or adolescent may be made by:
- Your family,
- Your child’s school,
- A social service agency, or
- Mental health providers.
Eligibility for Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS): Children and adolescents, up to and including 20 years of age, can be referred by your family, school, behavioral health provider or a social service agency.
